GRC and FRP products

Every product here is made to order, in the size, profile, pattern and finish your project needs. If you don't see what you're after, send us a drawing.

GRC products

Glass fibre reinforced concrete (GRC, also known as GFRC) is a cement-based material reinforced with alkali-resistant glass fibres. The fibres let it be cast in thin, strong sections that hold fine detail, which makes it the usual choice for decorative and facade work that should look like stone.

GRC jalis and decorative screens

Perforated screens in geometric, floral or custom patterns. A jali filters sunlight, gives privacy and lets air move through, so it works well on west-facing facades, stair cores and balconies. Pattern, panel size and depth are set to suit each opening.

Typical applications

  • Building elevations
  • Staircase and balcony screens
  • Boundary walls
  • Interior partitions

Domes and minarets

Domes and minarets for places of worship, entrances and rooftops, made to the profile and proportions of your design. Larger domes are usually made in segments that are joined on site, which keeps each piece manageable to transport and lift.

Typical applications

  • Temples, mosques and churches
  • Entrance porches and gateways
  • Rooftop features
  • Hotels and resorts

Columns and capitals

Round and square columns, column covers and capitals in classical or contemporary profiles. GRC column covers can also wrap existing concrete columns, changing their look without adding much weight to the structure.

Typical applications

  • Porches and verandas
  • Lobbies and entrance halls
  • Covers for structural columns

Cornices and brackets

Cornices, mouldings and brackets made to the profile you specify, to finish rooflines and parapets or frame windows and doors. Casting a long run from one mould keeps the profile consistent from end to end.

Typical applications

  • Rooflines and parapets
  • Window and door surrounds
  • Floor bands on facades

Arches, balusters and railings

Arch surrounds, keystones, balusters and complete railings for balconies, terraces, staircases and garden edges, in classical or simplified profiles.

Typical applications

  • Balconies and terraces
  • Staircases
  • Entrances and gateways
  • Gardens and pool decks

Facade panels and cladding

Thin cladding panels for building exteriors, flat or shaped, plain or with relief patterns. Because GRC is light for its size, panels suit large facade areas and feature walls.

Typical applications

  • Commercial and residential facades
  • Feature walls
  • Screening service areas

Architectural fins and decorative elements

Vertical and horizontal fins that shade glazing and give a facade its rhythm, plus medallions, motifs and other decorative pieces made to your design.

Typical applications

  • Shading for glazed facades
  • Facade features
  • Parapets and roof edges

Sculptures and custom GRC products

Sculptures and one-off pieces developed from your drawing, model or reference photo.

Typical applications

  • Landscapes and courtyards
  • Entrances and lobbies
  • Public spaces

FRP products

Fibre reinforced plastic (FRP) is a resin reinforced with glass fibre and built up in a mould. It is light, water-tight and resistant to corrosion, which suits storage tanks and planters as well as architectural pieces that need to stay light.

FRP storage tanks and MS FRP tanks

FRP storage tanks, and MS FRP tanks: mild steel tanks lined with FRP, where the steel gives strength and the lining protects it from corrosion. Tell us what the tank will hold, the capacity you need and where it will stand.

Typical applications

  • Water storage
  • Industrial storage

FRP facade and cladding elements

Moulded facade panels and shaped cladding elements for exteriors where weight has to be kept low, such as upper floors, overhangs and additions to existing buildings.

Typical applications

  • Facade features
  • Upper floors and overhangs
  • Additions to existing buildings

Columns, brackets, corbels and cornices

Columns, capitals, brackets, corbels and cornices moulded in FRP, light enough to lift and fix with ease. They suit interiors, upper floors and rooflines, where a lighter piece makes installation simpler.

Typical applications

  • Interiors and lobbies
  • Rooflines and upper floors
  • Renovation work

FRP planters

Planters in custom sizes and shapes, moulded in FRP. Because they are light, they suit terraces, balconies and podiums, and can be moved later if the layout changes.

Typical applications

  • Terraces and balconies
  • Landscapes and courtyards
  • Entrances and lobbies

Arches, gutters and decorative pots

Moulded arches for entrances and openings, FRP gutters for roof drainage, and decorative pots for interiors, terraces and gardens.

Typical applications

  • Entrances and openings
  • Roof drainage
  • Interiors, terraces and gardens

Custom FRP products

Other FRP products developed from your drawing in a custom mould. Describe what you need, where it will be used and how many pieces you need.

Typical applications

  • Project-specific pieces
  • Related FRP solutions

GRC or FRP?

Many shapes can be made in either material. These are the differences that usually decide it. Not sure which to use? Tell us where the piece will go and we will recommend one.
